I had my driveway replaced in June. His estimate was very reasonable, the middle of three I received, and explanations of the work to be performed was detailed. I am extremely satisfied with the result. I offered a review of EBN earlier, but since then I have received three compliments on the concrete work by people completely unsolicited. The work Juan Perez and his team did is extraordinary and I thought I needed to provide a second review.

They said they would remove and replace my garage floor and driveway the week of July 11, they came that week, removed the old garage floor and driveway and put new ones in in two days. Awesome job, thanks Juan !

Juan and his team were amazing. Very professional and worked with us before the project started to ensure all our needs were met. They were punctual and hard working with outstanding communication. We had a 2500 sq driveway poured and a 43’ x 19’ stamped patio installed. Pricing was fair and more reasonable then other companies although not our lowest bid. Juan did a great job walking us through the process and his knowledge and professionalism is why we chose this company. We definitely made the right choice and would use them for future projects.

Beware of someone like them who don t really know what they are doing. Save your time and money and work with more qualified crew for less headache. When you see one very bad review you really ought to think about it twice, not to mention that you see more bad reviews. I didn t and learned my lesson the hard way. Trust me!

Juan and his guys just finished my 100' X 16' driveway with extra parking pad and front walk. Juan was the only contractor that took the time at quoting to give me the play by play of how the project would go down. I choose them based on this and their pricing was right in the middle of the multiple quotes I got. They were very professional and friendly to talk to and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. They got a few other jobs quoted and going in my neighborhood while they were on my project. Great Job! EBN. I would invite anyone to check out their work.

Someone came for an estimate, gave me a price. He wanted to. know that day. if we were ready, told him I needed to. crunch the numbers with my wife. The made decision, called three times, emailed twice no response. Which is sad because we were giving him the work. Not happy at all, is that I took time off work. to meet with him.

They did a really nice job! Very courteous and it looks great. I actually gave them an extra $150 as a bonus for the three main guys that did the work. EBN was the right choice for me!

Juan and his crew replaced our sidewalk as well as the sidewalk and driveway for our neighbor. They were prompt,professional and did a quality job. Juan provides a thorough estimate and fair prices. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others and certainly would use them for any future projects.

I had a new driveway and 3rd car parking installed. They were great. Juan arranged everything, had the one lane on our street roped off, obtained permit and city inspector. Juan was efficient and was always there to make sure everything went as scheduled and moreover was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The driveway looks great! In addition, the price was right! He came in lower than others and did a great job! I am very happy and would recommend to use them. You will not regret it!

We had a great experience with the EBN crew. Customer service from Juan was great. He was always on time and very easy to work with. The quote was very fair and his crew was detail oriented. We would definitely hire them again for any concrete projects.

I'd give EBN and Juan 6 stars if my computer would allow. Excellent service and workmanship; always communicated with me regarding work schedules, etc. Clean up after job completion way above my expectations. Trust me when I say if you're considering concrete work you are selling yourself short if you don't consider this company.

Met all expectations - Juan and his crew are professional, arrived on time, completed the job - working long hours, and cleaned up the work site. Juan personally stamped the concrete pattern, paying attention to detail, and it looks amazing.

They did a good job. They are a young company, and crew that will only get better as time goes on. Price was very reasonable. Juan was very good with communication, and is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He went above, and beyond what I expected to achieve this. I strongly recommend using this company. EBN Construction [515-339-6743]. These guys not only set the standard, they are the standard others try to reach. Juan Perez (Manager/Estimator) was/is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I started out looking for a partial driveway replacement and after the EBN crew began removing the existing driveway I decided to replace the whole driveway and Juan accepted the additional challenge without blinking. They removed the entire driveway, front walkway and step. They also ran underground drainage tile from a low spot to the opposite side of the driveway. This crew was here before the sun was up and worked until the sun went down. They are the hardest working and most dedicated construction crew I have ever worked with. I cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire them again if needed and highly recommend them for any concrete needs.
