We were very pleased with their service. We would recommend them.

Larry called today he is running slightly late. It was only 10 minutes, so no big deal. I had a vomit/charcoal spill in my child room. I was sure it won't come off. Larry instructed me on how to take care of spills in the future, gave me sample of carpet cleaner and went to work. In 15 minutes carpet looked like nothing ever happen. He told me there still could be something deep inside of the carpet showing up tomorrow so I should call him to come back.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious and prepared me really well to get the best results. You could tell he really took pride in the results and I will continue to use him. His price was very fair.

Our older dog got even for being left with his pet sitter too long by using our expensive bound carpet in the living room for a toilet. We have solid oak floors in that room. A day after discovering this, we also got a call that family members were coming to stay for the weekend! I called Commander Carpet hoping to get the carpet cleaned the next day. They came and thoroughly explained how they would clean the carpet to protect the hardwood underneath, did a great job and removed all stains and odor.

Actual bill was twice the estimate, but the work was performed satisfactorily.

Very responsive and the serviceman arrived on time as scheduled. Would recommend this local provider over the chains.

Commander Carpet Care was able to come to my house promptly and give me an accurate estimate that matched my bill (no hidden costs like the last guy)! Gave me some options up front along with tips to make my carpet last longer and look better which I really appreciated. They worked with my schedule to do the cleaning. The man who did our house was much more knowledgeable, professional and friendly then the last company we used. They were able to get a few of our carpet stains out and were up front about stains that just weren't possible to get out. I was extremely happy with the service and won't need to do another search again.

They arrived a half hour late. The owner did not explain how to take care of the carpet - even after I asked him. They applied the Scotchguard but did not rake it into the carpet. They were able to remove the spot. However, I have leather and stainless steel furniture - they did not put plastic, wood, anything under the furniture to protect it. They still did not do this after I asked. They also did not move the furniture and sprayed cleaner and Scotchguard on the sofa and chair. The furniture is light weight - I can move it. But it's Italian and expensive. They charged me $60.00 more than most cleaners. I would not use them again nor recommend them.

I am pleased with all aspects of it.

I used Commander based on Angie's List alone, and I am completely overjoyed with the job that Larry did. My carpets are 4 years old, only been professionally treated one other time, and had spots several months old. My carpets look brand new again. Larry got out stains the other carpet cleaner did not. I recommend Commander Carpet Care 100%.

Great! Larry called to ask if he could arrive early, which was fine with us, and he worked quickly and professionally. I have two cats, including a long-haired black cat, and light-colored carpeting. We've lived there for nearly three years, and the carpeting looks better than it did when we moved in. And the final bill was just what he had quoted over the phone. We will definitely use him again.

The work was completely incredible. They showed up ON TIME and presented me with a new client packet that was very informative. They really cared about my house and walked me through all the trouble spots and gave me a written quote before they started. They ran a hose from the truck where it appeared to have very clean good equipment. They always asked me if it was OK to enter this room and they respected me. They dressed professional, they talked professional and you could tell they had it together. They have a guarantee that if its not the best carpet and tile cleaning that you have ever had then its free. They obviously believe in the work that they do to have a quote like this. They did a very good job and I did not have to call them back. On top of all that, they sent me a personal thank you letter for the work and wanted feedback from me after the job to make sure they were the best they could be. Simply fantastic.
