+ -1 moreCurtiss Bird did nothing, before I paid him him. He said I do all the work myself, even the concrete. Once paid he now has to contract out. He never bought a permit or materials. If you want refund he will go to the police department and claim HARRASSMENT. He now works at Lowe’s in Altoona a place I will never spend money. You never met anyone like or will you want to. His wife Kelsey knows what is going on and plays along.
Description of Work: New garage and replace driveway.
