The work was done very professionally and they went over the humidifier instructions when the installation was completed. I also signed a service agreement at the time since I would highly recommend using their service for summer and winter maintenance work.

They have been good all a long. We have rental properties and sometimes they have to fix the air and sometimes they have to fix the furnace. They service and clean them for the season. Their service calls are like $90 depending on what is needed

We would use them again in future.

The air quit on the hottest day of the year. DuWayne came out after 5 and replaced the capacitor.

DuWayne and Dan did a great job, showed up on time, kept a clean work area and explained everything well. I am very glad we used them and would recommend them highly.

After securing four quotes, we chose Bryant Iowa Heating and Cooling because DuWayne president, owner, installer, and comfort adviser conveyed to us great comfort in his level of knowledge and expertise when HE came on site for the estimate. He spent three hours answering all of our questions and ended in a brief presentation of the system that would suit our needs. Our decision, also, was based on a Bryant Iowa video presentatin on Angies list describing his installations as if they were being done in his Grandparents houses. We had three other reputable companies come to assist us. Bryant Iowa Heating and Cooling was hands down the BEST. DuWayne has owned his business for two years and has 18-20 years experience by working for another local heating and cooling firm. He has a slogan on his business card that reads and quot;It's your home. It' your comfort. YOU'RE ALL THAT MATTERS.and quot; We relished the fact that DuWayne not only was the adivser but HE and Steve were the installers. All three of the other companies had comfort advisers or sales managers quoting our system and then had OTHER personnel as installers. Since, DuWayne and we had previously discussed the actual installation, we knew everything would be done exactly as planned. He is very keen on details and craftmanship, again, he is performing the work as if it was being done in his Grandparents houses. We would HIGHLY recommend Bryant Iowa Heating and Cooling to anyone needing service. We even offered to have his potential customers contact us with questions and view our completed work.

We were in need of having the units replaced as they were getting old and worn out. Dwayne came out to the house a few time's prior to do some repair work but there were to many things starting to go wrong with the furnace. I asked Dwayne about purchasing new as compared to the upkeep on the old. He was very honest in his assesment of what may or may not go wrong with keeping the old. When we decided to go with new he sat down with us and explained our options and what all would happen with the change over to new. He also gave us some options for price range and did not try to sell us something we did not need. He also was one of the main installers on the job and was very thorough and professional during instalation. The follow up after the work was done was spot on making sure everything was working and that we had no questions. I would recomend Dwayne to anyone needing service.

Very helpful, strives for quality, did exactly what he said. Very interested in making my system work perfectly the way he promised. Did quality work and took no shortcuts. The system has performed flawlessly and the equipment offerings are top of the line.
