+ 3 morehmmmm... They advertise: "ALL your basement needs"... Maybe they should change this fact in their advertising.. This is the biggest problem with DesMoines area business - Companies DO NOT follow through. I cant imagine what promotes this concept. I is best companies like this are pointed out! It is time to change this culture.

+ -1 moreWe had multiple companies come and bid on installing an egress window in our basement. One of the companies even stated that if we had Mark from BAM coming out that Mark would probably under bid him and even stated that Mark does great work. Mark from BAM did under bid most others and he was very professional, on time, great communication and we were very happy with the end result. I will also say that the guys he has working for him are very polite and clean up after themselves. One of his workers even made it a point to let me know that the roads were a little slick out (this was during winter) and he noticed that one of my rear tires was low on air. Just very nice workers and they did a great job.
