Brand new deck railing — contacted the owner for an estimate. He worked closely with us on designing exactly what we wanted. We have a 10 acre pond behind our home and wanted the ability to see it clearly, yet needed a deck railing. David and his employees were surprisingly (most contractors march to the beat of their own clock!) punctual and professional. They mapped out the most ideal structure to maximize our view. We could not be happier with their hard work, expertise, listening skills, and care and concern for what we wanted. VERY impressed!! I would hire this company to do any repairs, additions, replacements, etc.

We are very happy with everything! We love our new covered deck and remote controlled screens! Dave is very nice, personable and knowledgable. From quote to finish we had no problems at all. We have 2 boys and they loved watching him work and he would take the time to talk to them and explain what he was doing and help a little if they could 😊 I would recommend him to anyone for sure.

I can't say enough positive words about David and his crew. We needed an exterior door replaced in our 100 year old home. David came out to measure the door opening to make sure we got the correct size for the space. He handled all the ordering so it was completely hands off for me. When installing the door it turned out to be quite the difficult job. The previous door was installed very poorly and they had to basically rebuild the entire opening. The job was completed even better than I expected. The finish work is supurb. We have already noticed a temperature difference in the room next to the door as well! I would highly recommend Bagnall Builders to anyone and will definitely be suggesting them to my clients in real estate!

The first day they arrived the crew came unprepared with materials and had to return the next day. I was told a time they would be coming and they showed up 4 hours later and still did not finish the job. It is left undone and I was pressured to pay in full. I am out at least 800.00 in costs for damage to shades. I would never recommend this crew for anything again.

We couldn't be more pleased. Dave and Brian were professions, patient, and very pleasant. We are so happy with their work and know that it was done right! We would not hesitate to recommend Bagnall Builders to anyone.

They where extremely professional and efficient. They made sure to stick to the scheduled time line, everything was done correctly and I really couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had a total of 15 windows installed, with my down payment they ordered the windows and had them installed roughly 3 weeks after our first meeting. The actual installation time only took about two days and they where very helpful in showing me all of the features my new windows had and now to properly take them apart for cleaning and how to use the child safety features.

They arranged to have the new window taken to another shop where it was stained and finished to match existing woodwork in house. Installation went well. The job was done in one day. The installers were professional, courteous and paid attention to detail.

Responded the next day I requested a quote to replace 3 windows in my home. Unfortunately I had already accepted a bid with another business for the work done.

All went well. Dave has lots of parts to make your old windows work well again. I had hired him in the past to replace all of the cranks on my windows.

We received three quotes from three providers for a leaking window and some casements that had sagging sashes. David does Pella and Marvin, new and replacement, so seems like he had the best view of available options for us. We had one very large 6 pane window that we replaced with a Marvin Ultimate new construction window. The window quote was more or less on par with the other two bids (maybe a bit higher), but we felt the Marvin Ultimate was a higher quality window than Renewal by Anderson or other replacement window options we looked at. The rest of the windows David was able to repair by resetting sashes and replacing some locks. The Marvin window quality looks excellent. David and his team installed it in about a day. The installation seems to go great. The repairs also went well, very glad to not have had to replace many, many casements that didn't shut right. Instead David repaired them for a relatively minor expense. My wife was home with them the entire day and felt they were hard working and professional.

After he came out to measure he noticed our windows had an additional feature and asked me first about an additional $15 before he ordered the window. David completed the job today and the window looks great! Mike

They did a nice job. They did clean up after the service. He was a very nice man and his helper was nice. They are expensive but we pick the person that we think that is honest.

We've had several windows repaired and a couple more replaced over the past few years. Professional and friendly service in every way and I couldn't recommend them more. A pleasure to deal with!

The job couldn't have gone better. The owner maintained a great line of communication with me and coordinated his schedule with mine. The actual replacement of the windows was done in a short amount time, minimizing the time my home was open to the outside. The trim was stained by a millwork company and their fiirst effort didn't match the windows. This error was quickly taken care of and the completed trim-out looks great.
