We would highly recommend Aspen Aire! Our water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. I called Aspen Aire and they were able to schedule a new install the next day. Mike (our technician) was great to work with and finished the job in 3 hours. We also used Aspen Aire the previous year when our AC unit was not working, they were able to come out the same day and fix the issue. We will be using Aspen Aire for all of our heating and cooling needs.

We have used Aspen Aire for years. They are always very responsive and knowledgeable to what we are in need of. The best is they are very friendly with us and talk to us in manner we can understand on what is wrong when we need service. Hard to find companies like this!

We had them come in at first for a cleaning and checkup of our air conditioner and furnace. What they found was really scary. They found a leak and advised us to shut things off right away. They worked really well with us on getting units we could afford and putting them in right away! They also found that our hot water heater needed to be replaced as it had a slow leak with the valve. We decided to replace everything at once and I'm glad we did. They just made it so easy to work them! They were professional and I would use them again. I've told all of my friends and coworkers about our experience. Since we upgraded everything, we've noticed it has cut our bills almost in half. Completely worth it!

Very well. Darrius was our tech and was very professional and polite. He explained everything in detail. An extra plus he took the time to answer any question my 5 year old had about what he was doing and treated him very respectfully. I will definitely use them again.

Great! I furnace wasn't kicking out heat and it was Christmas. I didn't think they were open but sure enough they had someone at my house in no time! There are no days off in this business. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Service tech was very helpful and polite. Very willing to meet our needs. Seemed like a breakdown in communication between service tech and dispatch. I had been given conflicting instructions from the very first interaction. The tech found other damage inside the unit and wanted to schedule another time to complete that work. I have made multiple attempts over the last five weeks to schedule and I’m told by dispatch they will call me back but don’t.

Their slogan "-You're our friends and neighbors so we will never try to sell you anything you don't need." is absolute trash as we just had to settle with payment for a part that was unnecessarily installed and that did nothing to correct the issue we contacted them about in the first place. Our calls to the tech beginning the night the new part was installed and didn't work as well as a letter to the owner 2 weeks later were left us with no fix and zero communication. We payed this ONLY because I signed contract-a contract I believed was for a part the professsionals said was required to fix our system-again, it didn't- 18 months later they have threatened to sue us for the bill plus attorney costs when this could have been resolved had the fixed the issue up front! I will say the great tech that came in after Aspen Aire do an incredible job of fixing the system in no time and even managed to correct the override that the technician from Aspen Aire put on our system-an override that could have caused significant damage. If this company gives you a reccomendation-get a second opinion.

Aspen Aire did an amazing job for us from there maintenance program all the way down to the added ac to to our 4000 sq ft body shop. Aspen Aires employees are just fantastic you can really tell how much pride they take in there work, and that starts at the top. There is only one Heating and Cooling Company for Teds Body Shop Inc.and that is Aspen Aire.

I’ve worked with Aspen Aire for several years and been around their work. I would recommend them to anyone who is building a new home. They have consulted me on a few projects to help figure out some cold spots in my house, and with spacing/design on a new deck project to work around intake/exhaust pipe on exterior of my home. They saved me money and delivered excellent service. Certainly would call back for future needs!

A number of things happened that would make me not hire again. My home has 2 furnaces and a few years back I had the oldest one replaced, different company than Aspen Aire. I'm basing my review on the service I received by this other company 3 years prior. First of all, the workers did not have any regard to their surroundings when performing the work. They trampled my wife's garden that was close by. The plants could have been avoided and I pointed them out to be careful when they started the work. They trampled and destroyed 3 large plants. I confronted the workers and the foreman and they did not offer an apology. They made me feel like, oh well, stuff happens. The next issue I had was craftsmanship. They did not use any support for the pvc exhaust piping, the routing of the A/C lines looks like they made no thought about it and the sheet metal work was sub par, relying on foil tape instead of tight joints. Finally, price. I was quoted an out the door price, which was a big selling point. When the job was done and I was paying the salesman added tax to the total he quoted me. All other quotes I had received (5 of them) was out the door price. This made the price nearly exceed all others. Very upsetting. Had I known he would do this, I would have hired the same company I did 3 years prior. Their prices were higher, but terrific craftsmanship. Oh and one other thing, they did not clean up the pile of shavings they created from drilling for the pvc exhaust pipes.

The provider was excellent. Technician answered questions cordially and thoroughly. The level of the service was good.

Our motor went out during the night, so had a technician come out the next day(a Saturday). He had to get the part and was willing to do so yet that day, but we chose to wait til Monday as getting the part on the wknd would have cost extra for the supplier to open up on a Saturday. Returned on Monday, installed the motor and we were good to go. Carter stayed in touch to let us know when he would arrive. Did a great job!

It was Friday before Memorial Day and woke up to no air conditioning. Husband has health issues, among them COPD. Called other places & earliest Saturday l& after hrs fees. Called Aspen Aire and they could come that day as kept a list & tech for non-working units. He was here by about 2:00 pm and very soon had it up and working. Seemed to know exactly what to look for first. So pleased we asked about their service contract and he explained it to us. He contacted office and We talked with them and took out their service contract. They even applied it to that day’s service. Couldn’t ask for more.

The actual furnace work seems to be OK, as well as the piping itself, which seems to have the joints properly cemented, etc. But professionalism left a great deal to be desired in my opinion. I probably should have gone to the basement and checked the final work before paying the service technician (lesson learned), but they did not clean up or put things back together at all. They left a bunch of insulation hanging down or completely missing in our basement where they had run the pipe. They left a curtain rod hanging down (only connect to one side anymore) that they had partially removed to run the pipe. Because the insulation was missing, I could see a lot of daylight coming through the wall around the pipe, because they hadn't put in any expanding foam insulation to properly seal the hole in the wall. I went to check outside, and I saw that they had just gobbed a bunch of clear caulk around the opening edges. It didn't look properly sealed at all, there were large drips/gobs of caulk just hanging there almost like icicles, etc. The only bright spot was that they did wear booties to spare the carpet, which I appreciated. But ultimately, this was not a good experience, because when I hire a professional I want the job to look professionally done, and I especially don't want to have to go to a home improvement store to buy things like expanding foam insulation to finish the job myself. So I lowered the quality score to a "B", and professionalism to a "D". I am planning to find someone else the next time I need HVAC work done.

Time from first call to have humidifier installed to installation was 1 week. Included a visit from comfort specialist to home to evaluate options on the same day that I called.

Aspen Aire provided great service to us on our home warranty claim. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. They were careful and went above and beyond with communicating with our home warranty company. I highly recommend them.

Brett arrived in time. Got to work right away diagnosing problem. Found problem on board in about 10 minutes. When and got part replaced and unit works great again.

I would reccomment them any time. There was no drama and they were reasonably priced.
