 + -1 moreGot a rude call when the driver went to pick up at the wrong location and accused of taking their dumpster. Then was overcharged for the wrong pickup.
Description of Work: Simply empty the dumpster we pay monthly for. Charges go up every few months without warning. Canceling service. Bad customer service.

 + -1 moreWe will be moving to a new house in Ankeny. When I contacted them about this, they said to contact them when the move had been made, and they will change our account to the new location. Pleasant, courteous, helpful--I could keep going with positive adjectives, but I hope you get the message. If you try them, you won't go to anyone else!
Description of Work: We have used Ankeny Sanitation since moving to Ankeny August of 2008. We have lived inseveral communities in Iowa, and Ankeny Sanitation is abolutely the best! Their rates are outstanding. They are always cooperative when we have extras on a pick up. We can take yard waste to their location, or they will pick it up on Tuesdays, and they gladly simply add this to our bill. We have had only positive experiences with them and would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: We used Ankeny Sanitation for our garbage collection. We have been using them for several years for general garbage pickup. They pick up on Thursdays.

garbage collection
 + -1 moreWe do have a choice in our area for garbage collection. I would recommend them. I changed to them because I wasn't happy with the other one. The price is better than what I was paying before.
Description of Work: We put our garbage on the curb and Ankeny Sanitation picks it up and they take it way. Sometimes I have extra garbage and they take it all. They come out once a week.
