+ 9 moreContract agreement signed 11-30-2010 and paid Jordan Watkins $3590 to start job. Job was not started for another two weeks. Paid $6282.50 on 12-30-2010 after frame in. Drywall was suppose to be installed 1-10-2011. Email 1-19-2011 & 1-31-2011. Paid $3000 on 02/15/2010. Drywall was delivered 2-17-11 and installation started the 22nd. Drywall was NOT completed until 3-30-2011. Jordan Watkins WILL NOT returns phone calls or emails. Still need interior doors, all trim, covering of the support pole, stair rail, toilet (parts & labor), vanity, faucet, shower, heat registers, cold air return ducts, misc plumbing, floor coverings & shelfs. Now seeking legal action.
Description of Work: Finishing of the basement including and not limited to framing, heating & cooling, all electrical including switches,lights,fans,& cable boxes, complete drywall including mud & tape, all interior doors, all plumbing for the bathroom including breaking of the concrete, covering of support pole, & stair rail.
