I will ALWAYS take time to not only sit down & listen to you but discuss, calculate, provide a copy of and discuss any ADDED expenses as well as any incurred CREDITS due as a result of any changes made to an already existing customer agreement. All proposed changes / costs will be discussed to its fullest and must be signed off as accepted by the client requesting proposed changes. I have an open mind policy meaning 1.
