Excellent - after the results were back the system was installed and running within days with little disturbance to my home. They moved anything that had to be moved and replaced when they were done. He has been back twice to check levels (at no addition charge) because he wanted to get the level lower if possible even though it was well below acceptable levels. He is truly concerned about the dangers of radon and wants to educate people and help people remove this danger if needed. I was so pleased I actually have hired him to check all my childrens homes and install systems if needed.
