+ -1 moreMr Winkler seemed to be taking notes as to what we wanted done. A week or so went by and we heard nothing from them. I called his office and spoke to MaryAnn (I think she is his wife) and she told me how very busy he was and that he had many estimates to finish. However, she said that he was expected home before long and she would ask him about our estimate. Then she said she would call me back and let me know where we stand. It is now October 4th and we have not heard anything from them. I don't understand why. If they do not want to do the job, why not just say so and we would find someone else. I believe that it is rude and unprofessional to just ignore a prospective customer.
Description of Work: Mr Winkler came to our house and took down information to provide a estimate on painting three doors and our deck.

+ -1 moreThey told me it would be a 3 or 4 day job. They came in with their crew; set up and cleaned up everything within 2 days; it was amazing. Their pricing was competitive and they were excellent.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job but were expensive. They brushed the house carefully. They came when they said they would. They did not argue when I asked them to brush and did not make any mistakes. They did my front door very carefully by painting it with six courts. I would use them again in the future.
