+ -1 moreI was so impressed with TMJ Construction. I received three bids, including TMJ, and theirs came in a bit lower than the others. In our meetings, Jamie and Curt were clearly knowledgeable and always very responsive. After I booked their services, the roof job was scheduled for just one week later and it took less than a day to finish the job. All around a great company to work with, and I would certainly use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced the roof on a two-story duplex.

Description of Work: I hired TMJ Construction to re-shingle my roof. I am new to the area and just bought my first house - this home maintenance stuff is all new to me. Being this was the situation, I asked some colleagues about construction company recommendations, and TMJ was one of them. I had three estimates done prior to choosing them, and decided to go with them because Jamie was so comprehensive in his estimation. He took the time to talk me through the process as well as the pricing. Curt in the main office took care of the scheduling and the crew was at my house w/in 3 weeks. It took their team one day to complete, and it was a job well done. Afterwards, I had some follow-up concerns with my roof, so they came out twice to make sure everything was all right and were very responsive to my concerns. They were professional, helpful, fairly priced, responsive and efficient in their service. I would highly recommend to another new homeowner in a heartbeat. Although,I hope to not have to use another construction company for awhile, I know who to call now in case I do.

Description of Work: Their price was reasonable and about 10& less than the nearest competitor. They didn't try to get me to add extra services on like the other company who bid on my roof job. They kept in touch and let me know about a delay in the job being done due to an especially rainy season that got them behind. The crew was cordial and professional and went the extra mile. I would hire them again!

+ -1 moreExcellent work. His crew showed up on time and worked well together. They we neat and quiet. No loud music. Cleaned up the entire job site. The job was done within the stated time period. Jamie, the owner kept in contact via email for scheduling and billing.
Description of Work: This was a total gutter replacement job. It also included replacement of some damaged fascia board and redesign of a downspout attached to a rain barrel.

+ -1 moreOverall, the job turned out pretty well. When I noticed things that I didn't like, they were going to work to correct them. They weren't the most professional of companies unfortunately but they did a good job. I can't complain too much. They cleaned up well but they killed some of our flowers. Their price was good. They were the lowest bid. I would use them again if needed.
