Preferred Pest Management Inc

Preferred Pest Management has been to my house on at least three occasions to exclude bats. Ours is a difficult house (roof is mostly inaccessible due to height and slippery surface). Each time, they have come out and found one or two holes that seem like they were being used as access points by bats. But each year, we get more bats in the house. I don't necessarily fault them for this, as pest exclusion is difficult and unpredictable. In fact, they've always been willing to come back out and take another look (with not additional charge above the initial payment). They came out again this summer, and I hope they found the last entrance.

Was a two step process. First time was to take care of them, but had to come back, very determined ants. But staff was great and came back for a second dose. We are on a quarterly schedule to maintain. Very professional.

Quick response to my call. Was out to my house within the next business day. He was very courteous and explained what the process would be and what I could expect. I was so very pleased that there was no after smell at all. The communication was great as this kind of treatment needed a second visit to ensure effectiveness, which was explained prior to the first treatment. He was very flexible working with me to find a time that would work for our family to be out of the house for a while which is very appreciated. He was accommodating to our needs as well as him having work to do. Price compared to other companies I price checked is very reasonable, not overly priced at all.

Great work. Called them again for wasp removal at a different home and again were great. Very reasonably priced, and competent.

They were building up under the gutter. There are still a few hanging around. You plant flowers and you're supposed to have bees. What's out there right now, I can live with. They're not swarming around me. I am allergic to bees. I guess the pricing was alright. I haven't had to call them back. He didn't have enough oil, so he had to go back and start over. They came right away, but when he got here, he didn't have enough material to do the job. But, he came back as soon as he got the oil. I didn't have to wait too long. But my grandson couldn't be out there either because they were bugging him.

Inspection went fine. Was running late but called to let us know. The inspection was brief but had never noticed a pest problem so that may have been all of the time needed.

Called this pest management company for bat exclusion. For two years previous to calling, had been working with another company, who had been unable to solve the problem. Preferred Pest Management came out and did the work. I called them back once. It was found that an overhanging tree branch had dislodged the wire cage covering the vent to the attic fan on the roof, so they secured the covering and advised that I have the branch cut back. I was 100% satisfied.

I had a long term service agreement and they came out every month for a few years. I didn't feel like they were giving me a quality product. I was still getting insects in my house so I didn't think it was actually working and discontinued my service with them. I would not use them again in the future.

I have called them 3 times, one when I had a bat in the house and frankly they couldn't find the bat. They were in here like hours. That's another story, but, they were great guys. Once when I had an infestation of ants, they came in, and cleaned all that up. They killed those off. I had something burrowing outside my house. They came, tried to set a trap, attempted to get rid of it, and at least tried to get it away from the house. They never did catch that one either. They tried for weeks, but, they didn't catch it. They were really great to work with. They were priced very reasonable. They didn't charge for anything they didn't do. They were very calming, because sometimes when you call about something like that, you can be very emotional, and a little freaked out. They had immediate response. They said I will be there tonight. You want something in your house out now. I've had no problems for the last 2 years. I will continue to use them in the future.
