I had to make a fast purchase on a house so that I could start a new job and she worked hard to make it happen. She was helpful - especially in a move to Iowa from out-of-state. I still keep in touch with her and would recommend her without hesitation. You will be very happy with Jen Burkamper!
Description of Work: Jen was recommended by the company I was interviewing for and during my interview I met with her. Before we actually met in person, I told her what I was looking for and on the day of our visit, she had several really good possibilities lined up. I acutally ended up buying one of those houses!

+ -1 moreIt went great! Jen showed me many homes, in several area towns and within or near my budget. As we looked at places, she listened to my concerns and questions and guided me (a first-time buyer) through the entire process, from open houses to closing. By the time I decided to offer on my house, Jen knew what I needed, maybe even better than I did.
Description of Work: Jen was my buyer's agent in my home search.
