J & M PLUMBING AND CONSTRUCTION

This is the second time I have used J&M through my home warranty insurance and I could not be happier with them. Travis who helped clear my line was very informative, professional and efficient. I would recommend J&M to anyone who needs a plumber they respond quickly and always take care with what they do and exceptional at customer service!

I review a lot of things on Google, I like to think I'm tough but fair. I personally would have no issues having this company do work for me in the future. Some issues came up, such is life, and I honestly wasn't expecting much to be done, but I was completely incorrect! The understanding and empathy that I received was nothing short of exceptional customer service. The solution really made a difference in my families life and I can't thank them enough! Thank you J&M for being a reliable company in an unreliable time, I see you!

J and M was fine. They did a good job. With my insurance pay, I only pay a deductible of $50 and the rest goes to the home loan insurance.

These men were pleasant and got the job done.

Water heating kept displaying error code then stopped working, Jand M was assigned as a participating company through our home warranty. They were very thorough in checking for problems and replaced the parts necessary to do the job. They were very nice and cared about doing the job right.

.They were very prompt, they seemed trust worthy. They told you want was going on, what it was going to cost. They deserve very apparent.

They will do just about anything I ask them to do. They do the little things that need to get done. If they don't do the work, you can always get somebody who can. It's sort of a one-stop shop.
