Draintech

Terrible. Don't use call another company. They don't do it correctly so they can continue to come back. Instead of using the cutter the first time. They continued to come back without the cutter and still charged each time. So what should have been 1 trip for $300 ended up 4 trips for $1000. The 3rd trip they were supposed to bring the cutter but didn't have time, but still charged $75 for stopping!

Everything went very well. The technician was extremely knowledgable and spent a lot of time teaching me the do’s and don’ts regarding the proper care of the system. He was very patient and easy to talk to. I’m very glad I chose this company.

This is a very easy company to deal with. The drain cleaning technician came out within an hour on the afternoon we called. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work took him less than half an hour. The drain cleaning technician explained what had clogged the drain and showed me the problem which he said was a minor clog. He accurately described the condition of the sewer pipe after he'd cleaned it. The drain cleaning technician did not try to add on any extra services. The cost of the work was the cost quoted to me on the phone as an estimate.

Draintech's representative, Derrick, arrived on time, fixed our problem with ease, and was a super nice guy. We had a problem on Sunday evening: running the shower or sink upstairs caused water to fill up in the kitchen sink! My husband got on Angie's list and found that Draintech was well rated, so we called them. We scheduled a visit for Monday morning. The problem turned out to be a hair and gunk blockage. It as fixed by snaking out the pipe under the kitchen sink. The whole service call lasted only 1/2 hour. I was already pleased with the service, but what really got to me was, at the end, the Draintech guy pulled out a spray cleaner and wiped up the area under the sink where there had been a couple drips. He also put down a tarp to protect our kitchen floor. I could not have been more pleased.

I called early in the morning on Labor Day after discovering that our sump pump had failed after a heavy rain. A technician arrived a couple hours later and promptly replaced the sump pump. From talking with him I know he had several pumps to replace that morning which probably delayed his response but I was happy he could take time away from his family on a holiday to take care of our problem.

These guys are great! Not only do they come out quickly but the tech did an excellent job. My toilet was really plugged up - so bad that he had to take the toilet up. By the time he finished he was drenched in sweat - poor guy! With all that he was polite and very professional. I called Draintech a month later because my other toilet was clogged. I think the manager or owner came out (can't remember exactly). He unclogged it quickly and asked me what toilet paper I used. He told me to switch to a different brand that breaks up better. He also looked in the tank and put in a device that makes the toilet flush better. With these changes I feel really good that it will be a long time before my toilet is clogged again. However, if it is they are the only ones that I will call.

My experience with them has been good. I am having a hard time in this area because of rains and other people's problems with some pumps and things so I got setback a little bit but the final product is just what I wanted. I am really happy with it. It was not their fault that everyone else had problems.

It went well. We have been using Dranintech for many years and have been happy with their services overall. They are always friendly and efficient.

He was very conscientious about not doing more than he had to because of cost. He really tried not to tear up my carpet. They were very careful about my property. They were a really great service if you have to use one. They were a great service to rely on. They responded very quickly when I called. They were here that day. They cleaned it all up. I would give them an A as well. They did quite a bit of work. I can't remember the price, but, I wasn't surprised or upset by it. The quality of the work was excellent. They were very professional and very conscientious about what they were doing. I would continue to use them in the future if needed.

One of our drains started to back up one evening and one of our neighbors referred us to Draintech. The plumber came out right away (abt 45 minutes after our call) and fixed the drain. Our plumber, Ben, was very friendly and explained everything he was doing along the way.

They were on time and got it fixed right away. They were reasonable. They were great and I don't have any complaints at all. They were polite and professional. Their price was right in line with everybody else for the same service. Their quality of service has been great. I've had them three or four times.

We are very happy about the work that was done, but the cost ($725) was considerably higher than the estimate (which was $150 to $500). Considering the large range of the estimate, I really anticipated the final price to fall within it. As far as I know, there were no unexpected issues that came up, so this was quite frustrating. The workers were very polite, professional, and answered any questions happily.

They do an excellent job. They give us excellent rates. They are always here when they say they are going to be. They have excellent customer service. They are very responsive. We have used them for all of your plumbing needs and we plan to keep using them in the future.
