Crystal Clean-The Window Cleaning Professionals

The Crystal Clean employees told me before they left that they had cleaned the dryer duct thoroughly but that maybe I needed to replace the dryer, as it still wasn't heating properly. I sent a check ($84) but then called another company (Greg's Appliance Repair) to have the duct checked again. Greg took the duct apart and found a huge amount of lint filling up the lower end of the duct. I called Crystal Clean and asked that they destroy my check (which I had already sent), because the work had not been done at all satisfactorily. The person I talked to assured me that the check would be destroyed. However, the check has cleared my bank, so it was obviously not destroyed. Crystal Clean has not responded to the 2 messages I've left on their answering machine. I consider this very unethical and unprofessional behavior; I would never have this company do anything for me again.
