Mr. Allen contacted me on a Wednesday afternoon, a for sale by owner home seller offering 3% commission to buyer agents, to see my home on behalf of his client. We agreed he would see my home on a Thursday, but he didn't have his calendar in front of him and said he would call me right back. He didn't. The next day, Friday he called and apologized and asked if he could come over and see my home right now. i said my home wasn't ready for a walk through now, but could be ready soon. We agreed on a time. I scurried around to get my house in order in a short time frame. He failed to show up or call. I tried to call him twice. He didn't answer his phone and allowed it to ring until it went to voice mail. If this is how he treats FSBO sellers, how would he treat you as a client?
