It took time, but the job was done well. A trainee did the work while the more experienced plumber directed. They used parts I had purchased but was unable to install because of tight bolts in difficult places. They also used a $25 coupon given to me at their last visit, and left me with another. They cleaned up after themselves, too.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did the work in a very timely fashion and they came in under their estimate, by under a couple of hundred dollars.

BF did an excellent job. Plumbers were professional and helpful from the start. They spoke frankly about the conditions they would face with a remodel project in an old (1928) house. Their estimate was thorough and fair. Their service was punctual, polite, precise, and tidy.

When they were done it did not pass inspection. Two days after they put it in the heater quit working. They came out and fixed it and went back out again. They came back out and replaced the thermostat and that didn't work so my husband had to keep going up and down the basement stairs to reset it all day. They finally found that the mother board that runs the furnace was bad once that was replaced it was fine I just was not happy with the boss as he was very argumentative.

They have been very good.

They will come out twice a year, once in the winter and again in the spring. I pay a flat-fee, regardless of how long they spend working on my unit. Specifically, they once spent four hours working on my unit and I only had to pay the flat-rate for the service.

Everything went smoothly and the resulting installation was neat and functional. Pipe anchors were added along the wall to properly stabalize the pipe that were not there before. The resulting pipe configuration was excellent.

They were prompt and came out when they said they would. The sink has been fine since.

Prior to our owning the house, the bathroom sink drain was plumbed improperly. Gibb's straightened out the mess in short order. They sent a technician the same day I called. He was friendly and explained the problem thoroughly and gave me an estimate before he started the work.

They really did excellent work. They were professional and on time. The work was reasonably priced for everything that had to be done. I plan to use them again in the future if I ever need to.
