Work done was mediocre. Workers cleaned their brushes in solvent which they dumped in the yard, killing patches of grass.

He did a great job. The paint was applied smooth making items look like new.
Description of Work: He put two coats on the exterior house gutter, wide soffit, window frames, exterior doors, garage door and chimney top. One coat stain on large wood deck and two colors on 10x10 shed.

Took a little time for the contractor (Dave Baldus Painting Co) to begin work due to weather delays. Once the work began, Dave and his crew took exceptional pride and care while performing the work. The painting and carpentry work was outstanding! They missed a few small details which Dave was quick to remedy. The perfect contractor for a fussy client like me ... easy going, exceptional value and outstanding quality. Dave and his crew enjoy what they are doing and they take exceptional pride in their work. It shows in the details. What more needs to be said?
