Premier Renovations

We actually had a complete remodel of the basement, including a bathroom. It involved a rebuild of the walls etc in the basement, Mr Sosbee was there everyday when he said he would be and worked the complete day to complete his tasks. Everything he did ( which was extensive ) was top notch work and not only did he do the work he agreed to do but was open to suggestions along the way and in fact redirected us a few times with better ideas on how we could best use the available space, which clearly resulted in a better finished product than we had thought possible. Jack is a true craftsman--so hard to find in the world today. We would ( and will ) use him again.

Jack is a master of his craft and a perfectionist. My seven year old put it best when she said, "daddy, Jack sure knows a lot". He has replaced pillars on our front porch and completely remodeled two bathrooms in our house. In terms of the bathrooms he did everything from the plumbing to wiring to tiling. He is also comes with a great personality. He is patient when our young daughters want to see what he is up and has been great to have around the house. Very professional. On time. Always tidy. His bids are extremely reasonable and well worth the cost. We are very pleased and will use Jack for all our projects - even if we have to wait. As an aside, our hot water heater happened to fail while I was out of town and he was working on our bathrooms. He fixed it right away, even hauling away the old water heater. I couldn't have been more thankful (as was my wife)!

Jack did an awesome job on our basement! We threw him a few curve balls with some complicated features and he delivered just what we imagined. We had an unfinished basement so he put in a family room with a stone fireplace and built a mantle; a bedroom with custom built bookshelves and barn doors; and a bathroom with excellent tile work and heated floor. Jack was reliable and very accommodating. Whatever we asked he was able to figure out a way to make it happen. We are more than happy with the finished product and the value for our money. I would highly recommend his services! We plan to use him in the future.

We hired Jack to replace entry doors, storm doors, basement windows, & replace/repair ceiling fans and couldn't be happier. The quality and workmanship of Jack was tremendous being we live in an older home Jack used his craftsmanship in order to accommodate the new doors/windows. Working on next list for Premier Renovations.

Jack did a great job!! He fix a few odds and ends around our house....a few loose floorboards and fixed a few cracks in the grout in our walkin shower. He did an excellent job! I will definitely be calling him again if I need any other home improvements! .

We worked with Jack for about 5 weeks on a kitchen/downstairs remodel. He arrived on time every day and is just a really nice guy. And he did excellent work. Jack went above and beyond on everything he did...fixing cracks before painting, etc. We're thrilled with everything he did and highly recommend him to all of our friends.

Jack was the best. We had him install a prefabricated fireplace screen and glass doors. The first time he spent ³ hours trying every trick in his book to get them to fit but it just wouldn't work . We had a different size sent to us and Jack came back an had them installed in less than an hour. Will definitely have him back. Great work, attitude and a very nice person to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Jack and Premier Renovations. We only needed to have a floating shelf and a couple of bathroom hooks hung - a pretty minor job. Yet he made the time to do it before our guests came, he did beautiful work, cleaned up everything and was just a delightful person. He did an outstanding job and made it such a pleasant experience!

Jack completed several small projects for us including repairing our front porch railing, hanging three blinds, landscaping around a new window well and repairing a wall. All of the work was high quality and completed on time. We were very satisfied with the completed work.

Beautiful work...thank you, Jack! One of our basement windows had been leaking for some time. By the time we noticed it, some of the wood below the window had rotted away. Jack removed a portion of our siding, cut out and replaced the rotten portion of wood, and removed and installed a brand new window for us. I was a little afraid that the siding would look like it had been manhandled, but it looked absolutely perfect! And, the new window and surrounding frame was so fresh and pretty! Jack arrived exactly on time and was very respectful of our home, which we appreciated very much. We knew about the window for over a year before getting it fixed but didn't know who to call, so we just kept putting the repairs off. I'm so thankful that we found Jack (thank you HomeAdvisor!), because it feels so good to have the window fixed!

Jack is a Fantastic carpenter. Our house is old and the porch was in an awful way. He re framed the porch, put a new floor in, a new window and part of the ceiling. New door and screen door also. Very fair and let us know exactly what we were in for before he started. I would hire him again in a minute.

Jack did a fantastic job for us. He built the deck I had been visualizing for years with a nice sliding glass door to the house. He also added a beautiful privacy fence to our patio area, as well as doing other odd jobs around our house that a previous contractor messed up. I would not hesitate to call Jack again and in fact are planning to have him build a three car garage for us in the near future. Jack is a great person and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good contractor. This is by far the best contractor experience I have had. I have had a lot of work done in recent years, used several different people, and never wanted to call anyone back. I will be calling and look forward to working with Jack again very soon!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING! Turned unused space into a family room and additional bedroom. Built a beautiful barn door (even let us put personal touches on it), and hung. Repositioned lights to meet out needs, gave us outlets where we wanted, plumed doors, even hung a Murphy bed that would otherwise still be in the garage. Definitely a 'Jack' of all trades! Love. Love. Love. His work ethic, kindness, and honesty. Good man. Working on list #2!

Jack did a great job on all my repairs. He estimated it at 2-3 days and was finished in two. Arrived on time, hard worker, great final products, innovative when troubles were discovered, cleaned up nicely. Will hire him again for some winter indoor projects.

Faced with multiple house problems requiring immediate attention,I turned to Home Advisor for help.We are seniors with physical difficulties and I prayed for devine guidance with choosing the right person for the job..After meeting and receiving estimates from other contenders ( very nice too ) I chose Jack Sosbee.He proved to be the answer to my prayers ! Jack is easy to work with,he is extremely considerate and honest. He did a tremendous job remodeling an old bathroom,It looks beautiful ! Jack also repaired and stained our neglected deck.It looks brand new now ! Jack let us know when he had to run to the hardware store and for how long.He also let us know when he was leaving at the end of the day.Jack is a very neat and highly skilled person.Besides that he is kindhearted and will go beyond his call of duty to give you a helping hand.He helped me clean up my own mess and while working on the deck volunteered to keep an eye on my husband ( who has had frequent falls) who wanted to be in the yard.Jack is very trustworthy and while he was working I took naps I knew we were in good hands.We kept adding things for Jack to do, he completed everything promptly and efficiently.We have several projects lined up for Jack and I have already recommended him to friends.We also feel Jack was very fair with the labor cost.Yes, we got a lot for the money and gained a good friend too.Thank you Jack!

Jack did an outstanding job for me and I would recommend him VERY highly. I needed a ceiling finished (framing and dry wall), a window trimmed, a door frame built and the door hung. He came when he said he would, gave me an written estimate in advance, and did all the work I had asked and more. He was very cordial, hardworking, and honest. I will be hiring him again for more projects that I have found around my house. He used some of the materials I had around my house, and the only costs about the estimate were additional materials he had to purchase to complete the job. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of his work.

Awesome! Jack was here within an hour of my posting. He set a date and time for service and arrived as scheduled. He did all the work I needed (there were several projects) and even went out of his way to help clean up even a mess he hadn't made! He even came back the next day to make sure we were completely satisfied! I would most definitely use him again!!
