Just awesome service. My A/C went out right before the heat index was in the 100s. Every company I called was booked solid Precision included. They did however take my name and number and said if they had anyone in the area they would give me a call. Friday I received a call at 9:30pm asking if I wanted them to come out. The OWNER of the company came out and fixed my A/C unit. He was knowledgeable, polite, and gave me some helpful hints on keeping my unit running efficiently. I would highly recommend this company!

From the beginning phone call I liked this group. They arrived on time. Answer my questions, cleaned my AC and checked out a possible problem with the furnace. This was a very enjoyable service call and reasonably priced. I will ask these guys back.

They came out when they said they would. The Technician explained the problem with my furnace simply so I could understand the complex mechanism and promptly fixed it. He even went so far as to dust the furnace controls. I was completely impressed with the company and will use them in the future.

Well, that's what this company does. Five years ago I had a new furnace installed in my house. In meeting with other HVAC companies they all said, "If you change your furnace, you should change your A/C, as well". In talking with Brent at Precision Comfort I mentioned this to him. He checked the A/C unit and said it was fine. He told me that it makes no sense to change the A/C unit if it is running fine. After I had Precision Comfort install my new furnace, I've had annual checkups on the equipment and each experience has been great. If you want a professional, honest expert in the heating and air conditioning field, don't screw around. Call this company. Brent is NATE certified, knows his stuff and will deal with you in an honest and ethical manner. In addition, his pricing is very fair. (No, I'm not a "plant' for generating positive reviews. I'm a happy customer who is meticulous as to who I work with and keeping my home in the best shape possible.).

Same day service and the repair was fast because he had the part right there on his truck. Very reasonable rates. I will only be doing business with these guys for A/C work from now on.
