Particulars: The temperatures have been near 100, we have a small infant, and our ac went out. I called and was connected immediately to this Precision Comfort by Servicemagic. I talked to Brent and he said he would be able to come out that day. He told me when he would be out, and kept me informed when he was a bit late. Once he arrived he had my AC up and running in 20 minutes. Brent is a straight shooter and told me what the charges would be before they happened. Their customer service is excellent in every way . . . they even wore booties when coming in the house to protect the floor. I will recommend them to everyone who needs AC repair.

Brent saved us over three grand by repairing rather than replacing. His recommendations were fiscally reliable. We shouild get many more years out of our unit and then not have the need to purchase as pricey a replacement, based on Brent's advice.
