They basically did poor work and didn't stand behind their work. Very little customer satisfaction. In the process they changed the grade of our backyard and didn't correct it. Then when they sodded it they did a pretty bad job of sodding it, they didn't get the draining correct so we had all sorts of problems with standing water in our backyard. We just couldn't really get them to come back to fix it correctly and it got to the point where quite frankly we didn't want them to come back because they did more damage than good. We basically ended up having another company come in and fix their mistakes.

Overall, I was not happy with the work that was completed. The owner (Cody) assured me he would be on-site to oversee the entire project. However, he left for an appointment and was gone for most of the project. His crew did not take into account the grading around my house. The drain tile was not installed with the proper slope and the water was NOT draining away from the home. When we dug up the drain tile, we discovered several high and low spots and almost no pea gravel was covering the drain tile. I really felt like he left an inexperienced & unqualified crew to do the work.
