The experience was smooth overall and I would hire Mark again.
Description of Work: Mark Allen came to my home after a request I had for Window treatments in our basement. We are new to the IA area. He was punctual and came with many different offerings and ideas. I settled on Wood Shades. Mark took all of the measurements and provided an estimate the following evening. After I placed the order it took only about 3 weeks for them to come in. He installed them the day following his call to let me know they arrived. His installation went smooth and the shades look fabulous.
