Description of Work: Spray Seal originally came to do the rooftops of three of our company buildings, and have been back 6 times to do repair work. The owner has tried to put a "Band-Aid" on the same repairs MULTIPLE times and have wasted months and we've had interior damage due to their so-called repairs not working. Our insurance company finally had to go over the owner's head and directly contact his insurance company. We have had 2 other companies assess the roof and both have stated that the application was never going to hold because it was applied directly to metal. I would most definitely NOT RECOMMEND that ANYONE utilize this company.
