+ -1 moreThey came when they said they would, brought two men so they could address the issue on both floors working as a team, and "engineered" a fix for the problem that worked for my situation. They devised a drain back into the basement so that the washer wouldn't freeze on the porch it is on in the severely cold weather. Just what I wanted. A simple, workable fix. Also problem solved with me to address the difficulty I was having changing my under the sink water filter. Came up with a good solution that has worked. Good problem solving, efficient work and respectfully done.
Description of Work: Changed the plumbing lines to prevent the clothes washer from freezing up in cold weather and worked to get the under the sink filter easier for me to change myself.

+ 0 moreThey did it for what they said they would do it. There were no surprises. The workers were polite and clean. I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with them, which is pretty much what I wanted. They came, did the job and left. They gave me a free estimate, which was important in today's world.
Description of Work: I used Barnhart Electric to install a high end on demand water heater system. They had to bring a bunch of the plumbing up from the basement because it is a 165 years old house.
