I called early in the morning to have someone from Steve's Heating and A/C to come out and look at our A/C unit because it had been leaking water. I thought it was because the drain hose had come undone and it as leaking down into the main cabinet. I only needed them to come and make sure it was going to be safe to run the unit. They couldn't give me a definite time that they could be there, but eventually they came later in the day after I called a couple more times to make sure they were actually coming. The tech who showed up was very friendly and said there were no problems and went on his way. The leak wasn't fixed, however, and I had to call them back to look at it again, but this time I called and left numerous messages and even spoke to a person from the company twice but I wasn't ever called back to fix my A/C. I called a different company and they were much more professional and answered my call right away. I think it's rude not to call people back and give them the runaround. That's not professional at all. I understand it's summer and there was probably a lot of people calling, but you don't get good reviews and repeated business when you ignore potential customers.

My blower motor on my heating/air conditioning went out. They system was fairly new as he had installed it a couple years ago. He said that they don't build them like they used to do. That part of it was no longer under warranty. It was replaced in a very timely manner as it was just before air conditioning was necessary for a short period. They had a screw that they used that wasn't in right or was a tad too long and made a sound when the blower shut off a couple days later but they came right out and fixed that. It seems a little pricey for a glorified fan but it is what it is. I will use them again in the future.

Woke up with no heat this morning. Called Steve about 7:45 AM and the repairs were done with heat back on by about 9 AM. Have used this company several times over the past 10 to 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Always great service.

Excellent service at a fair price. Very pleased with overall experience and definitely will use them again.

The men who did the work were very professional. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were willing to answer questions. They cleaned up completely after themselves. They had to come back and finish the work the next day which they did. The estimate that I had been given was right on the money. They will be coming back in the spring to replace the air conditioning.
