Overall it was a great experience having them fix some wind damage on our roof. They were very responsive in contacting me, and once Jason arrived (slightly later than advised) he was able to provide an estimate and get started immediately fixing the problem. He didn't have everything needed to complete the job, but he was able to use what we had on hand and made one trip to pick up more supplies before wrapping everything up. I'm glad has was able to fix the gap in my roof promptly, since rain was in the forecast. Jason was nice, and the costs were reasonable. I would use KB again.
