Excellent! Tom is very knowledgeable and always responded back to us right away. He communicated with us throughout the process and did everything exactly how we discussed. They made sure to clean up when they were finished and left everything looking great. Again, everything went great and we are very happy with the install. I highly recommend!!

Purchased Pella windows through Lowe's and used there contractors (PCH, Inc.) While here they were quick, efficient and clean. They started in the front of the house and worked there way to the back. They Did not leave any messes behind. At the last minute I decided I wanted to add a Storm door and they explained that if I went and picked out the door rather then scheduling a new date to install it they would just pick the door up for me and install it as well since they were already here. I don't know how anyone else is paid, but usually I have to pay for each service call when someone comes to my house. So I was very suprised when they did that. The men were patient when my kids were watching and asking questions and never rude. I really appreciated there service.
