+ -1 moreMy Samsung refrig freezer was malfunctioning and not cooling. The contents in the refrigerator and freezer were defrosting. Edgar arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He asked me what I did to correct the problem and what I observed during the "meltdown". He did a quick inspection and explained to me several causes. He asked my for permission to start on the repair. His diagnosis of the problem appeared right and my Samsung refrig freezer is working fine. I would highly recommend Waipahu Appliance Repair LLC. for any appliance repair .

+ -1 moreEdgar did an excellent job, I called him to explain what was wrong with the washer, then he asked me to take a picture of the nameplate data. The part was ordered, then the third day he called to come in and fix it. After 30 mins, the job was done, and it now works. He’s very knowledgeable with this type of appliance. Highly recommend! I will definitely give him 5 stars.
