Description of Work: Originally called Orkin because of rats (I live on a rim lot). Their first visit with a full assessment was a shade over $200; since then it's been $72/month. They put in bait stations and have maintained them ever since. Service includes internal spraying, which has pretty much eliminated roaches and ants. Very professional. I could not be more pleased with them.

Description of Work: Called for termite inspection for my condo. Was told they dont do that service. Yet another review said they had their home inspected in 2013. Not very professionally for a nationally recognized company. I will never and I will tell all I know, not to use this company.

He inspected the entire house with his dog. No pests were found. He followed up a week later to check with us.

From the first telephone call to the start of monthly treatments, we couldn't have been happier. They were professional and thorough and our Snack Bar operations were never impacted.
Description of Work: Excellent company. Responded immediately. Thorough and saw immediate results. Have hired them for monthly treatments. Initial extermination was $415. Monthly rate is $140. Not sure if that's a business rate or what. Am going to have them come to my house as well. So much more professional that the Brand X company I've used in the past. Got into the corners, into the table legs and centers,and inside baseboards. The best part was we didn't have to do any prep for them!
