 + 2 moreThis is for the second the third times I have Mr. Tom Moore come in. He put up a fan and rewired the electrical in the spare bedroom. He built in the wall shelves for the bathroom and stained the bathroom vanity. For the living room, he installed new laminate flooring and applied varnish to all the columns. He did an excellent job. ALways punctual. Always knows what to do.

 + 11 moreTom was very punctual. He worked approximately 50 hours on my apartment. He arrived on time every day. He worked 8 hrs a day, however if there was a problem, Tom not only figure it out but would stay if it took longer time. He was very thorough - even cleaned and vacuumed the debris afterwards. He was fast but not sloppy. Tom was intelligent and came up with solutions and new ideas.
Description of Work: Tom took a fan from one room and placed into another where there was no existing light. He installed crown moldings in the kitchen and living room. He replaced the bathroom fixtures including the lights and faucets and restained the sink cabinet. He fixed the sink which was leaking. He rewired the electrical outlets such that any existing without power now had power. He also rewired the electrical such that the bedroom and kitchen were now controlled by a light fixture on the wall. He built and installed two 8ft shelves. He painted both the bathroom and the master bedroom. He also restained two columns in the living room.
