Owner looked at my house when he did the estimate and he said that once they re done it s going to look brand new. He DID make my house look brand new. I asked him to also repair : my hollow tile wall and replace the damaged wood from the termites and he did. What a difference maker painting the outside wall. I will not hesitate in recommending Menco in the future. He has pride in his work which I have found is not too prevalent in so many of the service companies today. You have found a definite keeper . Erin was asked to power wash my roof; he assessed the job fairly and came in with the closet bid to the national average for this type of job. He was courteous and explained what he was going to do plus expressed concerns and possible outcomes. He also made suggestions for future maintenance. His careful approach and time spent was reflected in the quality of the completed job. I will call him again the next time I need my roof cleaned.
