Marites Cleaning Service

Started out okay and then they just stopped showing up.

Team did a very good job cleaning the bathroom and other room. Arrived on time and professional. Will definitely use them again. perhaps for a bigger job next time. I think I paid a little more than I should have, but was still very much satisfied with the work done.

Marites is very easy to work with. If we ask her to do a particular task on a visit she does it without a problem. Mostly it's like maid service--vacuuming; cleaning hard floors, kitchen and bathroom counter tops; emptying garbage cans and the recycling bin and so forth. But, as I said, if there's a particular job like wiping out the oven after a self-cleaning cycle or cleaning the patio door, she does that, too. The only reason I give a B for price is that sometimes she's so fast that I wish I could make that much per hour...

I got referred to Maritas by a highly rated house cleaner on Angie's list who is going out of business. Maritas is easy to work with, reliable and willing to accommodate specific needs. She has a flat rate of $125 instead of by the hour, but I think I get my money's worth; the house looks great when she's done. She does the normal cleaning routines, makes beds, cleans the cat feeding stations, and is open to special requests if something comes up.
