Description of Work: I called them and scheduled the first appt. I was told they normally don't answer the phone if the number is not a 808 area code. That shocked me with the number of military that live on Oahu. I called the day of to ensure they were coming. They were running behind, so we rescheduled. Not a big deal. The guy showed and took a look at the dishwasher. He told me the parts that needed replaced and said 7-10 days to order it in. I gave them 14 days and called back since I hadn't heard from them. I was told they would check and call me back the following day. They didn't call me back. I finally gave up on them. It's been well over a month since then and no phone call. I can only assume they did not order the parts and had no intentions of following up on anything without me pressuring them.
