He arrived in less than an hour after we called him. Very professional, courteous and fast service.

The tenant did not return the mailbox lock key so the lock had to be removed and a new lock installed. Although David was "late," he did call me to let me know. He made the rescheduled time and had the job done in no time. His attitude was very courteous and professional.

Blessing Lock Service was excellent. They arrived at my home quickly, rekeyed all existing locks in my new home and cut several new keys for me and my family. They also changed one lock so it would work with the keys I wanted to use. Some of my doors require uncommon lock mechanisisms, but they had little trouble making it work. I am very satisfied with Blessing Lock Service and will gladly use them the next time I need lock service. They are responsive, affordable, professional and provide quality work.

We were out of his service area, but he honored the deal and came to us, which I was happy about. It worked very well. We purchased a lock from him, and we paid for that. He put the lock in and was reasonably priced. He was very pleasant and he cleaned up well.

We could not have asked for better service than what David provided for us. I called David as I was getting off of work early in the evening and he was willing to still come through to complete the job for us even though it would push him into overtime for his day. He was personable and professional and completed the work pretty quickly. He verified that each copy worked on the locks that he changed out and it was clear he took pride in getting the job done correctly. Additionally, he provided us with a military discount which was also very generous of him. Without a doubt David will be our first call the next time we need a locksmith.

The project was completed perfectly and we can now control who has access to different parts of our church campus. They we very accommodating to minor changes during the installation.

David has exceptional follow-through. He called me a couple of times to let me know when he would be in the area. We met up with him on the perimeter of the Costco parking lot and he cut our mailbox keys out of his van. He matched the price of his competitor, asking what we paid since he knew we just had house keys cut. I had mentioned to him that we didn't know our way around and had been lost. David actually downloaded Google Maps on my iPhone and gave me a quick tutorial right on the spot. This guy is the real deal -- the Aloha Spirit incarnate. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
