Pete never called me to follow up with my estimate. I paid him $46 for nothing.

Pete explained every step of the problem and solution. Very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Was able to clear line in about one hour. Charge was $180. A couple of days later our fridge "got warm" again. We called Pete back. He said it's not fixable and to get rid of it. He promptly mailed us back our money minus a service charge. I would do business with him again.

Arrived promptly and found and replaced the failed pump starter on our KitchenAid refrigerator inside of 45 min. My wife promptly mentioned the damaged door seal on our upright Kenmore freezer. Had previously ordered the seal but due to my work schedule i hadn't had time to attempt the replacement. The repairman immediate offered to swap it out for a reasonable price which i promptly accepted as i had never changed one before. Needless to say if i had attempted this repair it would have certainly ended in failure.

Although he was able to tell me, over the phone, how to turn the water off to my frig to stop the leak, he was not able to come to our home to investigate the issue further until late the next week. And, when he did finally make it out, he advised that our water filter needed to be replaced and that be/c this particular model was not available on Oahu, he would have to order it from the mainland and have it shipped and that would take a couple of weeks. As such, we were without access to our ice-maker and ice/water dispenser for several weeks, which was a huge inconvenience due to how much we depend on it everyday for cold drinks and water. Yet, he did return a couple weeks later and made the repair. There were no other issues until 11 months later. Just last week (11 months following the service from this provider), our ice-maker/water filter broke again, doing the exact same thing it did before (i.e. leaking water all over our kitchen floor). Although I called this provider to ask if he could come take a look and, hopefully, repair it -- he said he would get back in touch with me to confirm a date/time, but never did. We ended up calling another local appliance repair provider and they managed to come out a couple days later. Ironically, the exact same part needed to be replaced (due to a crack in the filter) again and, this time, they were able to get the part and replace it within just a few days.

I called the office number listed at 6:36am and explained the problem. At 7:46am, I received a call from Pete, he told me he was on his way to our house! After to got to the house, he immediately went to work and quickly figured out the problem! The computer board had to be replaced. Pete made a phone call, found the last computer board on Oahu for the freezer and went to go pick it up! Of course, after verifying the price of the board was OK with me. Pete came back from picking up the computer board. Installed it, followed the extra steps, and our freezer started working again!!! SO HAPPY!!! Same day service for our freezer!!!! It looks like we will not lose any of the food!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pete! He is very professional and knows his stuff!!! We will only call him if we ever need anything else fixed again! MAHALO Pete!

he know the problem and replaced broken part

Our washing machine wasn't draining or spinning properly and Pete checked the machine and decided the pump needed replacing. He went out and got the part and was back to install it. From start to finish, the whole call (including going to get the part) took 2 hours.

Our refrigerator stopped working and the repairman gave us help over the phone to try to solve the problem and he came to the house to check it out. Since it was working again, he didn't charge any fee even after driving many miles. GREAT service.
