Worked expediently while being very focussed on ensuring that I understood the nature of the problem as well as all the appropriate corrective action options. Scott has great expertise and is quite willing to answer/explain everything so that his customers are well satisfied with his work. He was very pleasant to work with and will definitely be my go-to guy for any electrical/HVAC/appliance issues we encounter in Waikoloa. Mahalo plenty Scott!
Description of Work: Arrived punctually, performed functional analysis on issue affecting operation of the refrigerator and ice making system. Cycled system to verify issue and made, as well as recommended adjustments and provided astute maintenance tips to avoid future malfunctions. Our issue was emergent and Scott made adjustments to his schedule to work us in in a timely manner.

Description of Work: The owner of the business repaired both the dryer and washer, for less than Sears charged for dryer alone, last time it went out. I'll call him again if anything else breaks. Nice guy and knew what he was doing.
