Description of Work: Minor bathroom remodel went well. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Design, construct and paint extension on existing lanai.

Description of Work: Cole enclosed small workshop area with two walls working out all details. He hung double door, installed window and exhaust fan, ruffed in electrical for lights and plugs and switches, coordinated electrician, and single-handed took over and completed the project. I love the space he created. He is honest, dependable, and a master of many tools.

Description of Work: Project is in planning stage. Mr Salera arrived promptly, listened to my description of project, asked clarifying questions, took measurements, and reviewed entire situation to be sure he understood what was wanted. Mr. Salera promised a "materials/time" estimate and design drawing by mid June. Overall a very professional experence.

Description of Work: Mr. Salera came to my rescue, because of my concern about the leaky toilet in the master bathroom. Since I was getting ready to sell my home, I made it clear that I needed good work in a short period of time. Mr. Salera came through, giving me prompt and very courteous service, with a clear estimate. He was clean, neat, and was, I felt, very reasonable in his costs. Moreover, he took me with him when we went to look at toilets, giving me a sense of a private consultation. He replaced the toilet, damaged tiles and piping, all in record time. I can't stress enough how courteous, prompt and neat his work was. I got an excellent product, and was thoroughly delighted. It is my intention to return to Hawaii in the next few years. It is, morever, my intention to utilize many more of Mr. Salera's areas of expertise in building and construction, since I would like him to build my own home. We have begun informal discussions (both by telephone and in person over the last few years), and I look forward to a continued excellent collaboration with Cole.
