"The rep., Kua, came out and explained the AC system and installation process thoroughly. We discussed several ways and routes the installation could be done. Kua did an assessment of our dwelling and suggested what size system would be adequate for our dwelling. The installation took less than 5 hours and the crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up the area and thoroughly explained how to run and maintain the system. My wife and I love the system as it has met all of our expectations. "I trusted Angie's List and got this work done on 6-11-2018. Appliance Repair (Dustin 808-278-0085) Dustin responded quickly and his total bill for parts and labor was $615.00. Our ice maker was giving us problems so he changed the ice maker, then realized the gasket was cracked so he installed a new gasket. Today 1-3-2019 found the new gasket he installed was not installed correctly. Due to bad installation the freezer gasket now has a tear on the upper corner of the gasket. (see attached) We paid $615.00 for a repair that did not even last 6 months. As we look at our bill, I believe the original gasket didn't have a good seal, therefore freezing up the ice maker. Nevertheless, we trusted Dustin and he changed the ice maker before realizing the gasket needed to be changed. I spoke with Dustin today and advised him of the problem and asked for a refund since my husband does not want to use this service again. Dustin would not do any type of refund, since he claims the warranty was over. I have attached a receipt and a picture of where the tear is. There is no warranty on this receipt, I think we have been scammed on this repair. We will never trust this site or do any work."

But considering that these fixtures are supposed to last for a long time, you pay the money to do it right once and you never have to pay again for repairs or service, so it balances out but have money ready....they charge 3% on credit card transactions and that turned out to be too much on top of a hefty bill."
