Puli Construction

I would give Puli a B+ overall. I felt like I got good quality work at a fair price. My only reason for not giving him an "A" is that he had multiple projects going on at once, and work proceeded slower than I would have liked. I understand that this will happen when new neighborhoods open up, but I think he should have established clear timelines for each of his customers. Eight years after the fact, the quality of his work still looks good, and overall I had a good experience with Puli and his crews. I would use his services again, and recommend him to others. Just pin him down on timelines!

Overall, nice guy but get a written contract and get the engineer stamp for the design drawings. A neighbor had a problem with that because they wouldn't say who the licensed engineer was. They pulled out because it seemed suspicious.
