Our downstairs needed to be cleaned. We called them and they returned our call the same day. They also called to reminded us the day before they were scheduled to come. they asked us what our budget was and then explained what our options were. They completed on time and did a walk through with us. they worked very hard, were professional and courteous. We would hire them anytime. they are one of the best.

Prior to them coming, they made a courtesy call. They arrived on time and began to assess the work. The estimated time for the job was app 3 hours, but they stayed until the job was done and the carpet was clean! My carpet and furniture looked brand new after they finished. I was very impressed. Never have I had a carpet company do such a good job!

From start to finish, they did a great job. They were very concerned that the fabric was suitable for steam cleaning and tested the fabric first before proceeding with the cleaning. Shaun and his partner made sure our other furnishings and carpet were protected during the process. Everything looks just like new. Super job!
