Excellent customer service.. Professional, Knowledgable. Courteous. Honest. Kept homeowner apprised of each phase of work. Upon arrival, (arrived at estimated time) Inspected electric panel. Determined cause of problem was the damaged cable from pole to house & HECO's responsibility to repair. Contacted HECO; Stayed with homeowner till HECO arrived and completed temporary repair.. Note:. HECO crew was dispatched the following day to install new cable from pole to house to replace damaged cable which was temporarily repaired.. I am pleased with the work performed by Electric Contractors and highly recommend them for your electrical needs.You will not be disappointed..

You know a crew is great when you feel like family and would have them over again outside of work. Robbie, Weston, and Kyle are outstanding professionals. It is every homeowners desire to have the project done like these guys did. Responsive, No drama, great work, great price. Just they way it is supposed to be. He was prompt with his estimate, which didn't include any hidden or additional costs. What he quoted is what it cost. His work is impeccable and looks like it was original to the house. He definitely exceeded my expectations and I'd hire him again for any other electrical project I have.
