Description of Work: Father son combo who were professional and courteous. Product was as expected and price was good but was particularly impressed with their effort to go the extra mile. I had placed an order which I thought would be adequate but in anticipation that I would want a more aesthetically pleasing finished product, Ken took the initiative to manufacture an additional section and installed it for me to see. It was perfect. I could not believe that there was no additional charge as I was more than willing to pay. Honest, straightforward people.

 + -1 moreThings went very well. Initial visit was to measure the area to be covered, and to select the desired color and style of blinds. Within about a week they called back to say that the blinds had been assembled and to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation, the work was actually completed ahead of schedule.
Description of Work: Build and install new vertical blinds to replace old ones which were falling apart.

 + -1 moreHe came on time. He mailed me an estimate after giving me a verbal one. All very professional and timely.
Description of Work: Shane returned my message and scheduled a time to give me an estimate. Based on these Angie's list reviews I would have gone with his estimate. We just decided to go with drapes instead for these particular windows.

 + -1 moreShane provided excellent customer service. I called him and scheduled everything while I was in CA. I came to HNL and he met me in the lobby of my studio and showed me sample colors of the blinds! He was very understanding when the install date kept changing due to the problems I was having with my carpet install. Shane and his dad came and installed the blinds, and it looks wonderful! His vertical blind prices can't be beat!!! I called another company that I found on Angie's List, to get a quote for blinds, and they didn't even call me back.
Description of Work: He installed 12ft. vertical blinds in my studio.
