Fabian came and made the estimate. After communicating with the office, where able to nail down a day to do the work. Unable to complete it all on the first scheduled date but Fabian advised me that it would be best to relocate the washer/dryer plumbing first. Got the plumber in and finish up for electric set for the next day. It all worked well.

I had a list of electrical things I needed done. After an initial visit from an estimator, I went back and forth with office staff to correct what I had asked for. In the end, because the cost was so high, I chose just to do two things: create new electrical outlets for a washer and dryer and reconnect wiring that had been disconnected. Since my house is single-wall construction, there was not a lot of tearing apart to be done (as all my wiring is on top of my walls) and the outlets were less than six feet away from the breaker box (and on the same wall). In the end it did require an apprentice to access the attic but that proved the most challenging. After this job I called for another and a different and even worse pricing. Thankfully, I’ve found another electrician.

Shane was fast, friendly, had the best price ,( and I got 5 different quotes) .Shane would return my calls same day every single time. Shanes' lead roofer Luke is also the nicest guy you will ever meet, super hard working as well. The job was a complicated multi roof photovoltaic installation and Shane and Luke blew it out in just a a couple of weeks.
