Floor Man

Jerry knows his work and does a wonderful job. He's a little disorganized, so one must make allowances. He works hard and gets done. He'll give a good price and stick to it. If I had any more floors to do, I'd have him back in a hurry.

This provider came out to refinish my whole downstair floors that had been damaged during hurricane. The man was very nice but he arrived with his van and left it's contents in my house. He was very messy and finally got him to store his stuff in one area. He did a good job in sanding the floors but did not do a good job with the finishing. I finally had to ask him to stop working due his unorganization and attitude. Everything was an argument with him. He did not prep anything before he started to work and did not clean the floors prior to starting the refinishing. I had to have someone else come out to finish the work. There were marks on the floor and the second provider stated that it was from the pads on the equipment from not being changed. The Floor Man told me that I must have dropped somethig on the floor. There are a lot of these round marks caused by this damage.
