Chris is very professional and patient! My husband and I had a very bad experience with our last realtor, so I was hesitant, but she proved herself to be an honest person and earned our trust. We first started looking in Makakilo and Ewa, then expanded our search to Mililani and central Oahu. We wanted certain features in a house, but the priorities changed often - so I'm sure we weren't the easiest to listen to and figure out. Chris stayed with us though and after a few months we found a house. We were on a timeline due to my husband's deployment and she pushed h****** the entire team (bank, etc) to get us closed early so we could get moved before he left. Her recommendations for help (inspector, termite inspection) were awesome - I am not one to just take a recommendation, I always check out a business! And her early recommendations were exactly who I had already researched and approved of. When picking a home inspector, my first choice fell through, and she went over a few others with us, detailing their qualifications as well as personal style and we found the perfect fit! (He even helped us out with an electrical issue after the purchase!) I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a realtor! She is not only good at her job, but she is a truly good person!
