+ -1 moreWarren entered a contract to replace glass for a sunroom. He required full payment for the materials plus half of labor cost. He ordered the glass but never ordered additional materials needed to complete the installation. He has never answered or returned a phone call since I gave him the money a year and a half ago. He has, however responded to emails saying that he has had trouble getting all he materials and that work would begin soon. Finally I called the supplier and found out he only put a deposit of half the purchase price of the glass although I had given him the full payment plus shipping and half his labor cost. After discovering this, I asked Warren to refund the remainder of the money to me, about $5300.00 so that I can complete the purchase of the glass and find another contractor. This was about a month ago. Although I have received emails that my refund is coming soon, I have not gotten a check. Furthermore, Warren represented himself as a licensed contractor which he is not.
Description of Work: Warren billed for and took money to provide a service. He did not provide the service and has not given me a refund. He made a partial payment for some of the materials needed for the job but did not order all materials needed.
